How is my progress saved?

LearnWell Languages currently stores learner profiles and progress locally on the device. Progress may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is reset, or local app data is removed.

Each learner profile keeps its own level, lesson progress, XP, hearts, achievements, and practice history.

How do I restore my Premium subscription?

Open the Premium or subscription screen and use the Restore Purchases option. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.

Apple manages subscription billing and purchase verification through the App Store.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through Apple must be managed through your Apple ID settings.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name or Apple ID.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select LearnWell Languages.
  5. Tap the cancellation option shown by Apple.
Why is speaking practice not working?

Speaking practice requires access to both the microphone and Apple Speech Recognition.

  1. Open the iPhone or iPad Settings app.
  2. Find LearnWell Languages.
  3. Allow Microphone and Speech Recognition access.
  4. Return to the app and try the activity again.

Speech recognition availability may also depend on the device, language, internet connection, and Apple system services.

Can several people use the same app?

Yes. LearnWell Languages supports separate learner profiles so different users can maintain independent levels and progress on the same device.

The number of available profiles may depend on the subscription plan currently active in the app.

Why did I lose a heart?

Hearts are part of the learning system and may be reduced after incorrect answers in eligible activities. The app displays the remaining hearts before and during lessons.

Premium features may include additional or unlimited heart access, depending on the active offer.

What languages are available?

LearnWell Languages is being developed as a multilingual learning platform. The languages and learning directions available at launch are shown directly inside the app.

Additional languages, lessons, and learning tools may be introduced through future updates.

The app is not working correctly. What should I try?
  1. Close and reopen LearnWell Languages.
  2. Confirm your device is connected to the internet.
  3. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
  4. Install the latest available app update.
  5. Confirm your device has enough free storage.

Avoid deleting the app before contacting support, because locally stored learner progress may be removed.
